I’ve been training virtually with Arnit since 2017 starting postpartum after my second child, when I was dealing with pelvic floor issues, prolapse, and diastasis recti. Without access to a gym and with limited equipment, Arnit provided personalized, effective home workouts that she adapted to meet my evolving goals—whether weight loss, core rehab, or strength gain. Her training helped me significantly heal my abdominal separation and prolapse symptoms. I can’t say enough good things about Arnit and the Strong as A Mother group classes. I started working out with her when my daughter was just 4 months old—she’s now 2.5—and it’s been such an important part of my motherhood journey.
